Contemporary Studies on Language and Literature, edited by Habib Tekin and Kanan Aghasiyev, is a double anonymous peer-reviewed academic book series dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of language, literature, culture, linguistics, humanitarian studies, philosophy, literary history, linguistic history, and related fields. About the Editors
Habib Tekin, is Associate Professor at Marmara University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of German Language and Literature, specializing in German-Jewish Literature, Austrian Literature and Disability Studies.
Kanan Aghasiyev (M.A.) teaches English, American, World Children’s, and Western Literature courses at Karabakh University in Azerbaijan and is a PhD candidate at Karabük University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Western Languages and Literatures (English Language and Literature), in Türkiye

Habib Tekin, is Associate Professor at Marmara University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of German Language and Literature, specializing in German-Jewish Literature, Austrian Literature and Disability Studies.
Irem Atasoy, is Associate Professor at Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of German Language and Literature, specializing in Multimodal Linguistics, Visual Semiotics, Media and Film Studies.

Contemporary Studies in Business and Management is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic book series that aims to advance interdisciplinary scholarship in business, management, accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, sustainability, digital transformation, and related fields. The series welcomes theoretical, empirical, and applied studies in business and management, as well as research addressing business and management perspectives across various sectors.
In this context, the series supports business- and management-focused studies conducted in different sectors, including tourism, healthcare, finance, education, public administration, services, manufacturing, retail, technology, and others. It aims to provide a scientific platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners examining the changing dynamics of businesses, institutions, and sectors in contemporary local and global contexts.
The series is open to studies addressing both traditional and contemporary debates, such as digital transformation, the impact of artificial intelligence on business and management processes, ethical leadership, corporate sustainability, entrepreneurial ecosystems, international business, accounting and auditing practices, consumer behavior, human resource practices, organizational behavior, sectoral management issues, and strategic decision-making processes. About the Editors
Tuğçe Uzun Kocamış is an Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Vocational School of Social Sciences, Accounting and Tax Applications Program. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Marmara University. She has professional experience as an internal auditor and senior manager in the private sector. Her research focuses on accounting, international accounting, auditing, taxation, and sustainability.
Ali Kuzu is an Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Vocational School of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He completed his PhD in Production Management and Marketing. Between 1997 and 2006, he worked as a business-development specialist and deputy manager in various private-sector enterprises. His areas of research are management & organization, organizational behaviors, and services quality management.
Serap Özdemir Güzel is an Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Tourism and Hotel Management Program, specializing in Tourism Management & Marketing and Sustainable Tourism. She has been involved in multiple national projects (Tübitak) and has served as a researcher and expert in Erasmus+ KA227 and KA220 projects.
Contemporary Studies on Digital Humanities
Contemporary Studies on Digital Humanities, edited by Ali Tilbe, Yusuf Topaloğlu and Gökhan Dinar, is an international, peer-reviewed book series devoted to the study of human expression, knowledge and culture in an age when the tools of reading, writing, teaching and interpreting are increasingly computational. Published by Maurer Press (Frankfurt am Main) in cooperation with AYG Press İstanbul, the series brings together scholars from literary studies, linguistics, language education, translation studies, history, philosophy, cultural and media studies, the arts and the information sciences. It welcomes research on computational approaches to texts and cultures, digital archives and heritage, corpus-based inquiry, artificial intelligence in scholarship, teaching and creative practice, digital pedagogy and assessment, and the ethical and epistemological questions these developments raise. Approaching technology neither as a miracle nor as a threat, but as a new condition of humanistic work, the series seeks to build a plural and rigorous dialogue on the digital transformation of the humanities, with particular attention to research from Türkiye and its neighbouring academic communities alongside contributions from across the globe. Ali Tilbe (Prof. Dr.), Professor of French Language Education and Head of Department at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education. His research focuses on contemporary and Francophone literature, autofiction, sociocriticism and the teaching of French as a foreign language.
Yusuf Topaloğlu (Assoc. Prof. Dr.), Associate Professor of French Language Education at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education. His research focuses on French linguistics and syntax, written production in French as a foreign language and artificial intelligence in language education.
Gökhan Dinar (Asst. Prof. Dr.), Assistant Professor of French Language Education at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education, and the department’s Erasmus coordinator. His research focuses on postcolonial Francophone literature, sociocriticism, artificial intelligence in language education and translation studies.
